• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

3. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The AUM Data Labs platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUM Data Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
